Can anyone tell me what I can put on my daughters face for  the redness and baby bump to go away. I went to the doctors for her appointment and they told me it was from baby sweat. they call the baby acne but it’s been there for at least a week and it hasn’t went away they told me to just use a wet cloth to wipe her face, but it doesn’t go away and they said it will go away on its own in a few days but it’s been a week  to me it looks like a rash or like she’s allergic to something but the doctor just kept saying it was baby acne, so I’m not sure what to put on her face. The doctor suggested I don’t put anything but it looks really bad.
