Sex/porn addiction as a woman

I’m a 27yo woman and I think I have a porn and sex addiction but I’ve never heard any other woman mention this before…

Today for instance I’ve watched porn and masturbated about 4 times. I do it at least 1-2x per day every single day, in fact, I find it extremely hard to get out of bed if I don’t do it…

I went on a date and hooked up with a guy 2 days ago and all I been thinking about is to have sex with him again… I mean, I liked him but a huge motivation for me to see him is the sexual part, and I spent a huge amount of my day thinking about sex with him again…

Do you think I have an addiction? Does anyone else have this problem too?
