Terrified

I'm supposedly 8weeks and 2days today but my scan showed that I'm on my 7weeks. To my shock this morning at around 2:30am I woke up to pee and I wiped with tissue, I started having light red spotting, not on my underwear at all, only when I wiped. No abdominal pain or cramping. Just having painful breast every night. No intercourse also.

At 6:30am today after I pee and wiped again, light spotting still there but not on my underwear. Informed my doctor right away and she gave me dydrogesterone. Hoping and praying everything's fine. We've been trying to conceive for almost 2 years and we all want this miracle.
