Had a scheduled C-section yesterday, and my god my first one did not hurt that bad, the pushing and pulling was so uncomfortable. My ribs feel bruised! They said she was “gripping onto my ribs with her toes” 😅😂. A few hours after my section, I started to get gushing. Lots and lots. So I called my nurse in, and they said the amount of blood and sizes of clots I was producing equaled what’s considered a hemorrhage. it would not stop, this also adds to the immense pain I have since they had to push my uterus to get clots out for hours. I was so scared! i had to have pills put in my butt, shots, numerous bags of medicine to get it to stop. One of the pills I took induced 💩. And i couldn’t at the time get up to use the bathroom on my own so when I had to go I had to literally sit on a bedpan and just 💩 in my bed in the pan bc i couldn’t control it. I had blood, poop, vomit, everywhere 😭 i was so mortified lmao, and scared! never quite saw my birth plan going that way, but I'm thankful my doctors were on top of it! And now have the most beautiful little girl. But man, quite the birth story!!
