Bitter cucumber

help! I bought an organic cucumber from the store and thought oh my gosh this is gonna be perfect for my cucumber craving. I started eating it and it tasted a little bit bitter. Then I got to the end and it tasted really bitter. Then I googled why is my cucumber bitter? Dr google told Me that it’s because it’s producing a toxin! Now I’m nervous and freaking out that my baby my belly is going to get sick or harmed. I’m 32 weeks pregnant. Ugh
