Breastfeeding after period
I got my first post partum period I have been taking magnesium and calcium supplements as well as drinking lots of water and putting baby at the breast as much as possible my cycle just ended the day before yesterday and my supply is still low.. how long after your cycle is your supply supposed to go back to normal this is stressing me out :/
