I moved in with my sister and my new baby. I left my boyfriend because he was a toxic cheater. I've been here 3 weeks and it's been miserable. My nephew has these love birds that he's had for 5 years. One of them is ok but the other is soo long and I can't stand it! The bird is constantly waking up my baby. I can't get sleep. Baby isn't getting sleep. My sister and nephew are used to being around birds so they sleep through it. I'm tired of this bird always waking up my baby. I know this is my nephews house. I know I am in his space. But I also feel like people come before animals. Would I be terrible for talking to my sister about rehoming his birds. One of my friends said yes because birds get attached to their owners and will pluck out their feathers if you re-home them and it's unfair to come into my nephews space and do away with his pets. But I'm in his space because I'm leaving a toxic relationship. Not because I want to be. And my baby needs sleep.
