Help 🤔 any input!

I’m c-section mama x 3, and currently pregnant with my fourth…also planning to have another c-section…i had an ultrasound at university of Iowa health center to see where my placenta is at (which is good) but they found my uterus lining is quite thin (worried abt a uterine rupture) and don’t want me to labor or have any contractions at all and want me to deliver earlier (36-37wks). So i had my normal 24wk apt at my local hospital and they didn’t have the full report yet form UIHC at the time and would like it if i deliver 37wks or later…this hospital doesn’t have a NICU. I understand full term technically 37wks…should i push for 36wks for safety and have to go somewhere else to deliver since they don’t have a NICU or go with what the doc thinks? I’m already having Braxton hicks (the whole tightening of the belly/uterus) and starting to get back labor here and there. Input please

*UPDATE*

I have spoken with my provider at my current hospital i go to and the only reason they want me to deliver at 37wks is because they don’t have a NICU otherwise i would go sooner, so i have a meeting with a new provider/hospital that has a NICU on Wednesday to see what they think and if im a good candidate.
