Headaches please help 😭

I’m just over 4 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby and I’ve had a headache on either side of my head for 4-5 days straight. Tylenol isn’t touching it. It’s not always super intense but it’s always there and then it ramps up and I get nauseated and the only relief I’ve been able to find is sleep. What remedies do yall have? I feel like I’m going insane trying to care for my other 3 with this going on at all times 😭
