I’m confused

Hey everyone so I need some help. I started my period on Sunday August 11th. Usually mine are bad but this time it was totally different. So on Sunday I bleed pretty good but I hurt more than I normally do but it seemed very different. Then the days after that have been weird because usually I bleed pretty good for like 3 days then it drops to spotting but sense Sunday I have not been spotting. And not cramping sense Sunday. But the cramps Sunday felt like someone was stabbing me and pulling everything out of me. It was so bad that I would crawl in a ball.
