I need some legal advise ?

Okay so I went to my primary care doctor like 6 months ago, because I had a cyst in my stomach that was very painful. She told me that they were going to refer me to Wadley so I can get a CT SCAN I got the CT SCAN and everything, here it is 5 months later I never got the results on what I had. So I called Wadley to ask what was the update because I’ve been in pain for the past 5 days, and they said they do not give out updates over the phone and told me to call the doctor that referred me. I called them they said that Wadley told them that I never came in to my appointment and I showed them proof of me coming in to my appointment. So I seen the results on my Wadley app but my primary care doctor has to also tell me what I have in order to move to the next decision. The doctor said that they didn’t see anything on my results 2 times and I told them I seen were it says I have a cyst in my kidney and she was like if it’s that we need to refer you a doctor asap.
