HCG levels, help

Hello,

I have a regular cycle usually of 28-30 days, however, my last cycle was July 8 & was 39 days.

I got a positive test on 8/7 & I just drew my first HCG levels yesterday on Wednesday & my levels are 284. Is this normal or doesn’t look promising?
