Could this be implantation? It was a little pink then  light brown and after this picture it’s been nothing

Spotting can happen for so many reasons. Implantation bleeding is rare. If it is due to implantation you should have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days. If not then it wasn't implantation related.
