Dilated Umbilical Cord

Hey mommas! Has anyone else heard of or had an experience with a dilated umbilical cord? I'm 35wks 2days today and at our growth scan they said baby girl had a dilated umbilical cord just outside the entry to her belly button. They said not to be worried that it's common and they are going to monitor baby weekly from here on out with non stress tests and ultrasounds. I'm still however incredibly nervous and concerned.

This is my fourth baby and I have never had any experience with this or even heard of it.
