Im going to copy and paste what my ultrasound results say Findings: Transabdominal and transvaginal sonographic evaluation of the pelvis was performed utilizing grayscale, color
Doppler, and waveform analysis. There is a gestational sac in the uterine fundus containing a yolk sac and probable fetal
pole. Based on mean sac diameter measurements, gestational age would be 7 weeks 0 days. Based on crown-rump
length measurements, gestational age would be 6 weeks 2 days. No fetal heart tones are identified. Area of
hypoechogenicity adjacent to the gestational sac, with dimensions of 9 x 10 mm, could represent an area of subchorionic
hemorrhage.
No free fluid in the cul-de-sac. The left ovary measures 2.6 x 2.3 x 1.9 cm and appears unremarkable. The right ovary
was not identified.
Impression: 1. Gestational sac in the uterine fundus containing a yolk sac and a probable fetal pole. No fetal heart tones.
Follow-up recommended.
2. Small area of hypoechogenicity adjacent to the gestational sac may reflect an area of subchorionic hemorrhag
