My friend has been searching for a job for three years. I looked her up online and she isn't registered. Do I call her out on it?

Long story short, I have a friend who has been unsuccessfully trying to find a job for three years. She has so many reasons for not taking what she's offered, but her main reason is the pay. She says she should be making at least $40 an hour starting off. It makes no sense why she's being offered jobs at $21 per hour if that's the case. She also claims that even $40 is being underpaid because she says she has over $100k in student debt.

I've been hearing about it non-stop from her so I decided to look up her credentials online. First off, the course she took is 3 years, not 5 like she claimed ***edited: she has always said it was a 5 year course, not that she took 5 years to do it***. Having over $100k in student debt makes no sense when the calendar online now says tuition is $6k/semester and her course was 6 semesters. There's no way she paid, as a domestic student, $100k over 5 years.

I looked her up under her professional registry site and her name is not there, meaning that even if she did complete her schooling, she never took her licensing exam and never registered. Yes, I know people can register under different names but she has a very unique name and even if I search her first name or middle name, nothing comes up.

If she isn't registered, she cannot work in her professional role and she would be offered a technician's position in her field which would be expected at $21 an hour. Additionally, entry level positions even for her field start at about $24 an hour, a far cry from the $40 she says she should be making.

I don't know if this is something I should call her out on because really, it doesn't affect me beyond her always complaining about it. What would me calling her out achieve? On the other hand, it makes me wonder what else she's potentially lying about.

Edit: she's not a nurse. I don't want to put down exactly what it is in case this somehow gets back to her.

Edited: The only reason I looked her up was because something felt off.
