All my period logs and other data just disappeared when I logged back in.

I am devastated. I've used Glow for I don't even know how long. But I did just get a notification from your app that says "Happy 11 years with us". Out of nowhere I was logged out one day and when I logged back in all my period data, medication notes, symptoms, everything was gone. I've written emails to you to get help weeks ago and I haven't received any reply. I have really important data that I'd like to retrieve such as my period logs for when I got pregnant with my daughter after a bout of infertility, then my postpartum data during which I got pregnant again with my son. Would love to use those data for when I want another child a few years from now if all goes well. I was logged out one day when I opened the app (this never happened, it always stayed logged in) and when I logged back in, everything was gone. Please, please help.
