Rainbow baby on the way after 2 second trimester miscarriages

Of course I am so happy but equally scared. I had back to back miscarriages in September (20 weeks) and March (15 weeks). I have 3 beautiful boys already and so I thought pregnancy would be smooth sailing. Not the case. My bloodwork revealed an antibody that was high called anticardiolipin and so I was told to start lovanox from 10-36 weeks as a preventative measure. I’m truly petrified to lose another one. It’s so traumatic and all I want more than earth is to get this little one here. Please send baby dust my way.
