Possible miscarriage?
***UPDATE AT THE END***
In your first ultrasound, has anyone ever experienced being two weeks behind in your pregnancies than expected?
I should have conceived any where from July 9th to July 15th. I tested two days after my missed period and the line was visible but very light. I tested everyday after that and it continuously grew darker and my symptoms slowly increased.
Around my 6 week and 5 day mark of pregnancy tracking I had some very light brown spotting and was extremely worried. I was waiting for the cramping and blood to come within a few days but it never did. My symptoms got lighter and changed and within the two weeks they came back. This will be my 5 child and my symptoms are so very different than my others.
So today I couldn’t stand it anymore and I went to an ultrasound place to see if there was a heart beat.
(I have home births and use midwives so I wont get ultrasounds until much later in pregnancy, if at all.)
The ultrasound tech found the pregnancy, found the yolk sack and detected a fetal *something, i don’t remember what she call it, but she didn’t see a heart beat. She said i was measuring 6 weeks on the dot and said that it’s possible it was a late ovulation, or a late implantation.
I left feeling ok but not reassured or confidant in this pregnancy.
I’ve been home now for two hours and i’m beginning to think that the baby stopped developing when i spotted and i just haven’t miscarried yet.
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced their ultrasound being 2 weeks behind their tracking and having a healthy pregnancy?
today Sep 2, I woke up to red spotting and through out today I’ve experienced a lot of brown, pink, red discharge and so far only mild cramping. I 100% believe this pregnancy is not viable and I’m currently miscarrying. 🙁
back to the drawing board once in healed and healthy again.
