3rd baby
this is my 3rd baby and i tried pumping/ breastfeeding before but always supplemented with formula so i didn’t really give them vitamin D drops with it like the pediatrician said. Are u really supposed to give them vitamin d drops every single day if you’re exclusively breastfeeding? i’m trying not to use formula this time around and i’m so confused as to how this works. I never see a breastfeeding mom or pumping mom give vitamin d drops like that in the videos i’ve watched .
