Bleeding and clotting

Hello. I am 5 weeks today and have had consistent spotting/bleeding once a day for a week. I was seen at the ER and told baby was healthy Thursday afternoon. It is now Saturday afternoon and I not only bleed red blood but lost two blood clots maybe the size of a sunflower seed (no cramping involved). I am now back to some usual light brown spotting. Has anyone delt with clotting? I am terrified it was a miscarriage😔
