So I met my Boyfriend in spring of 2018 we where just friends because we both were seeing someone. He opened up to me and said he was leavinghis girl for happyness because she was abusive. I toldhim he had to do whats best for him. I then opened up to him about the relationshipi was in. The guy was not at all supportive and was mentally abusive. I finally after 12 years decided to leave him. Long story short we got together in 2020 and we now have a 2 handsome boys and a house. We both talked about marriage but he doesn't seem like he's going to ask any time soon. Im I asking to much after knowing him for 6 years?
