My daughter woke up with this on her hand and I’m not sure what it could be from , she’s with grandparents vacationing at the moment so I cannot get her to an urgent care right now any info would help thank you!

It could be a plethora of things. No one can tell you from a photo. If it’s itchy and spreading , it needs to be looked at. If they’re warts or molluscum, different treatment is appropriate. Take the child to her pediatrician.
