Blurry vision afterbirth

My vision has been blurry since I had my baby three weeks ago. Some days is really blurry where I can’t see people but most of the time it’s just when reading something or looking at a screen they had told me that I had postpartum pre-clamp but it went away and now it’s just high blood pressure, I’ve been taking my blood pressure meds on schedule like they told me to have been in the doctor at least every other week so far to get my blood pressure checked on top of emergency room if the blurry vision and headaches get really bad does anyone know what can be happening to me, what I can do to make it better?
