Tf is super sperm?

Hubby had his little friends tested and the doc called them "super sperm". I know that's a good thing, but like this something that can increase are chances?

We are battling secondary infertility, and it's a 85% chance we will end up needing medical intervention based on me.

Could this potentially heighten our chances of successfully conceiving?

No that won’t heighten your chances no matter how good sperm is if the woman is infertile

I would say, yes, that would increase your chances slightly. 
I would say the tester doc would be able to confirm a bit more. 
Healthy couples have a 0-30% chance on conceiving naturally each month. 
Knowing that you do have the diminished rate, but it seems like the numbers probably came from your physician so you've been told to attempt naturally before intervention. This leads me to believe that your physician does believe that you do have a chance to conceive naturally and that yes, this could slightly increase your chances. 
Super sperm is not something I have overly studied, but I have collègues that get very excited when they hear about it ahaha 
Different for every case I believe!
