Went in for first ultrasound and doctor found this

Hi! Wondering if anyone has experience like this. I went in for a 6 week ultrasound and the doctor saw this big circular thing, thinking maybe it’s a cyst. It’s right next to my bladder (black rectangular area on the right) and I feel like it’s huge and wondering if it will affect my baby / me during pregnancy? Anyone have anything like this? I can’t see my actual doctor (OBGYN) until September 17 so I’m a little nervous. Thanks.
