Anyone had similar and had a positive outcome?

Went for a scan this morning as had some spotting last night. They could see a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole or heartbeat. They put me at around 5w 4D. I thought I was 7w. 
This happened earlier this year I was consistently behind and it was a MMC. 
Anyone measured so far behind and it all been ok?

Yes! I went at 5w5d and there was no fetal pole at all and I was sooo worried. I set up an appt for 3 days later and saw the heartbeat! Likely too early!

My last pregnancy I was over a week behind too. I'm always behind. I'm behind 2 days and I ovulated over a week early this time. If you have a cycle longer than 28 days it's most likely going to be off. I usually use a due date calculator that goes off of your cycle length and it's always much more accurate. If you're only 5 weeks then it's probably too early to see a heartbeat. The heartbeat is usually detectable from 5 and 1/2 to 6 and 1/2 weeks.

My babies are always smaller so for them I am behind. But for me with my body I can’t carry a 8-9 pounder or twins, simple. It looks very good. I have had miscarriages with that term and than the sac was empty but you have a clear pregnancy ring 💍. Next week you can see the heart. And I have spotting with all my good pregnancies it drives me nuts. Especially with my past but it looks promising.

Yes! This was me a few weeks ago. I thought I was 6w3d and all we saw was gestational sac and no baby. This comes after a miscarriage in April so it was a LONG 2 week wait for my 8 week appointment. Turns out my calculation was off by 2 days and I saw a strong heartbeat and little jellybean at 7w6d. Hours are like days in the womb!

Anyone had similar and had a positive outcome?
