I need another persons opinion, we moved into an apartment complex 3 months ago, we then started seeing roaches everywhere so we get treatments we call pest control everything he tells us there German roaches and there super invasive and so then he come every single week we have gotten about 7 treatments and 2 super hard treatments and they seem to just get worst and worst I see about 40 a day maybe a little lesss or more I see them in the kitchen bedroom child’s bedroom bathrooms it’s horrible. Then my child got bit and had to take him to hospital and doctors and then the doctor wrote the house is inhabitable and that we need to leave and relocate. I’ve also talked to office many times they just tell me they will keep spraying and told me to wait 8 weeks then we will talk absolutely not I cannot keep risking my child’s health..

The question i have, is this statement right here in the lease my way out the lease does it say that I can leave my leave due to not a safe space and bugs without having penalty.
