Implantation Bleeding

So I am a mommy of 2 and my recent one is 2 yr old, I have an iud mirena and I’ve been 4 days late today what it look like implantation bleeding since it was a streak of gooey blood and then clear after like 5 wipes. Could I be pregnant even if I have an iud?
