PLEASE HELP !! 11W 5D - light pink spotting

So from 9-10 weeks I had spotting similar to these images its only when i wipe on a tissue, and I ofc panicked and decided to go the ER for assurance, a urine test was conducted and Doctor said their was no signs of infection in my urine only ketone and was advised to increase my water intake. I was booked for an early pregnancy vaginal scan at my EPAU to check if baby was okay and everything was fine. The scan went amazing well and Sonographer told me baby was healthy, had a heartbeat of 165bpm, she couldn’t locate were my bleeding was coming from. Baby still had the yolk sac and placenta had not yet fully developed but she could see the umbilical cord attached. After the scan the bleeding had stopped.

However since this morning ive been experiencing the same bleeding it hasnt got worse and I’m not experiencing cramping, very sore boobs , exhuasted and sciatica pain also heavy constipation and although I’ve already attended the ER, with assurance is okay , Im just trying to see if light bleeding is normal like this in pregnancy ?

I have a 12 week dating scan on Wednesday.

Please help.
