12 weeks and fever with covid 😭 dangerous!?!

I have covid and a low grade fever, I am keeping up with Tylenol but since I can’t have Advil or ibuprofen I feel like it’s not fully taking it away. I’m super nervous that this will affect my pregnancy 😭😭 my chest is sore and I feel like my breathing is slightly labored. No chest congestion though so I’m wondering if I’m just sore from vomiting. My morning sickness was bad this morning and I hadn’t eaten so I kept retching. Anyone else go through this and have advice??
