Creamy white cm

4dpo and experiencing heavy creamy cm and my cervix is high, soft, and closed. Also I'm having back pains and some bloating. I had what felt like mild menstrual cramps for a short while this morning. I have confirmed my ovulation with LH test and my bbt. I ovulated on August 29th. I know it's too early to experience symptoms because I haven't implanted but I wanted to know if anybody had these symptoms and been pregnant?
