Bloody discharge or period for 10 days help

I started my period 10 days ago I have had almost no cramping but used a pad the first 5 days now every single time I wipe I still have tiny clots and bloody discharge. I have had blood coming out for 10 straight days but now it is so lite I don’t even need a pad or tampon but there is blood Everytime I wipe. I have no idea what this means or what I should do. No pain or smell.
