Possible miscarriage or something else?

So I’m about six weeks pregnant. I started experiencing some light pink spotting & I decided to check in with a clinic by my house just to check and make sure everything was moving along as it was supposed to since I haven’t had an ultrasound yet, I was nervous. They did the ultrasound and checked my levels. Everything came back great and there was a heartbeat. The spotting had stopped. the next day I woke up and noticed that I was still spotting but this time it was dark brown (still very light spotting) and I also passed a stringy looking clot? It honestly didn’t look like anything. Just a straight string. I’m still spotting a bit but it’s very light and dark brown.

It’s been almost 2 days now since the spotting first started. The blood seems to be old (not fresh)

it kind of feels like a waiting game? Has anyone else experienced this?
