yes i know anytime you have sex you have a chance. me and my ex hooked up last week, I quit taking my birth control the last month for other health reasons. When we hooked up I made sure to tell him not to even come close to finishing. So he didn’t. I was worried about pre-cum so i went ahead and took a plan b. what are the chances of pregnancy? please be kind.

Having unprotected sex leads to pregnancy and pre-cum is a thing- you’ve said all of this in your post which has me curious why you’re not isn’t condoms. You can get pregnant immediately stopping birth control- before you have a period. I speak from experience. 
Plan b works to delay ovulation. If taken at the right time it can work.

plan b delays ovulation so it all depends if you were in a window where ovulation has started? 
I would also keep in mind STD and make sure to get checked as you don’t know who else he has been with 
All you can do is test in two week and be aware of the side effect of plan b
