Does anybody know what this could be?

So this has been on my arm for a good week or so. It started off as a red mark then this appeared . It’s itchy sometimes just tiny red dots in one area. It hasn’t spread anywhere else, I do have sensitive skin but idk what caused this.

Could be eczema. Hard to tell by the pic, but I sometimes get red circular and raised rashes. They usually dry out and go away after a few weeks on their own. Your pcp can prescribe a topical to help but I find mine usually come around when I’m stressed.

Depending on where you live there this is probably just one of those unusual bug bites. If that’s the case you’ll just have to wait a week. I’m in the Midwest and they are supposed to die in October or November. Anyways I’ve gotten a few of those bites and they are harmless
