12dpo and stretchy ew like cm…

I am 12dpo (TTC with PCOS and first round with Letrozole) and started getting this cm out of the blue today. It was creamy/ a little watery till yesterday. Think it could be AF on her way or possible implantation? All my tests are BFNs, been testing since 9dpo.
