Blood Clot or miscarriage?

Back story:

I missed my last period but I started what I thought was my period this week but it was really strange because it was light bleed and the color was dark like brown/black and then this plopped out of me while i was showering last night and i’m freaking a bit. My boobs have been super swollen the last 2ish week and tender and i’m not having anymore pain than usual but my bleeding got heavier today and the color went back to dark red.

Also a couple weeks ago my boyfriend didn’t pull out but i took a plan b the day after
