tips for sleeping??
hey queen! i’m about five weeks along and ever since i became pregnant i CANNOT SLEEP. i’m up every hour and super uncomfortable. I had really bad insomnia before I was pregnant and now it’s even worse!! im a natural girly i take supplements along with other herbs (im not a fan of pharmaceutical meds) but research says not to drink chamomile tea or take melatonin. which was the only way i could sleep before i was pregnant. so whats helping yall sleep better?? please help a girl out i know it’s only going to get worse from here😫
