Nexplanon and ovulation

So I’ve had the nexplanon since august 2022, for two years now. I was having some symptoms and decided to test just for peace of mind and I got this. According to clear blue, this means peak/high fertility. I thought you weren’t suppose to ovulate while on nexplanon, or am I missing something?
