Help! Could someone please put my mind at rest?

I’m 6 weeks 4 days today, I’ve always had very dark positives they were all dye stealers… I’ve a scan booked on Wednesday so thought I’d take a test today just to make sure everything is okay and my test wasn’t a dye stealer, I used fmu and it was dark positive but not a dye stealer, I’m now of course starting to really panic I’ve read stuff about the hook effect, could this be the case or should I expect the worst? I’ve had random cramps but no blood or anything. I may sound silly asking but has anyone been through this? I’ve had losses in the past so I’m really worried.
