Miscarriage 6 weeks

I’m really worried I’m miscarrying.

2 weeks ago I went in for HCG blood test because I got a positive home test and came home with a level 49

2 weeks later and I’m only at 203 at week 5 pregnancy. I’ve had brown spotting this last week and started red spotting today. I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday and they couldn’t really find anything.

I’m so worried. I am pretty confident I’m miscarrying again. This is my third miscarriage-2 early chemical pregnancies.

I’m devastated.
