Cramps at 23 weeks

Yesterday I had my anatomy scan. Everything went well. This is my 3rd baby. for the first time they gave me an internal sonogram as well during the anatomy scan to check my cervixs. Again, everything went fine. I been cramping today. My lower back especially but also my stomach area. I tried to relax and hydrate but I just wanted someone’s opinion on if I should go to the hospital or not
