implantation or period bleeding ?

hi ladies! so my period was 3 days late but it “came on” this morning but i barely bled all day this is a full days pad. i just had twins may of last year but i didn’t really have bleeding my first pregnancy and i just took a test but they said if you take one while implantation bleeding it’ll likely be negative until after your first period time frame is over. but the coloring of it is a sign of implantation bleeding and i have no cramps and im usually a very heavy bleeder with BAD cramps.
