Bad experience with anti-anxiety meds?
I recently got on anti anxiety meds which was lexapro but experienced disassociation which scared me so so bad. I completely stopped taking it, but now I’m scared to try any other meds at all. I’m scared nothing will work for me and I’m going to end up way worse than I was. Any advice please. 😟😔
Edit: I stopped cold turkey because I only took a low dose for two days only.
