Spotting at 5 weeks, 3 days

I am 5 weeks 3 days today. When I wiped this morning, I noticed that I was spotting. I am panicking because i'm so terrified that I am going to miscarry. The ONLY thing keeping me calm is that I remember with my first (this will be my third child) i remember spotting around week 6-7 and everything being 100% fine. They did go ahead and give me Rhogam with him after I spotted since my blood type is negative just to be safe but i went on to have a healthy baby boy who is now 6. I just know that this isnt necessarily normal. Has anyone had this and everything turn out ok? Is this something i should go to the ER for or only if it gets heavier? Either way ill be contacting my doctor first thing Monday morning
