I was having very frequent intense nausea/vomiting and fatigue after finding out I was pregnant August 6th. Went to the hospital and the ultrasound tech showed me I’m expecting TWINS!! I had two miscarriages from 2022 & 2023 so I feel like God gave my babies back to me!🥹🥰😭💖🥺💘
