Confused??

Last month on August 19th I believe I had a miscarriage I was only 3 weeks along. Well yesterday I thought I started my period but today I wiped and got tissue. I also have tiny blood clots again. It reminds me of what happened last month. I’m confused. Someone please help me. Has anyone had this happen to them the period after an early miscarriage? Did I not pass it all the way. I didn’t know it was a miscarriage right away last time so I wore a tampon too. So could I have not lost everything? I looked this up and it looks like it might be normal.
