Cramps.5 dpo?

I dont know if it is a good thing or a bad thing? I just feel super crampy and achey but my period isnt due until next week? I dont know exactly when i ovulated but the app says 5 days ago. Just wanted some other ladies opinions or similar experiences

Cramps are just normal during the tww and are normal during pregnancy. They won't tell you anything on their own. You'd have to take a test and see.

Could be a good sign ,I had implantation cramps at 5 Dpo the month I conceived
