Advice on working 3 days pp

I need some advice and some suggestions on working 50-66hrs at 3 days postpartum. My daughter is due in the beginning of November and also have a 3 year old boy, I will be returning to work soon as I leave the hospital, I work from home BUT I do not do calls, I do data entry and have to process 900 images an hour basically being consistent on the clock. I only get two 15minute breaks and one 30minute lunch. I do get UNpaid maternity leave but since my job starts off as an in office job until you work your way up, I was told I have to turn in my work computer and will be back in the office starting over again in queue 1 after leave for a month or more, daycare would be 2000k for 2 kids which I can’t do. My job is easy so and I like doing it at times so I don’t want to let it go that quick so I feel the best option to keep my job and keep working from home is to not take maternity leave. I just need some suggestions to make it easier though I know it won’t be. Also my hours are from 4pm-2:30am, we are in mandatory overtime so we are working 10hrs m-f and 8 s-s, my main hours are 4-12:30am m-f but overtime is looking at never ending atm.
